In the village, close to the lodge, we have schools with children who need an extensive help in English and Mathematics in order to be enrolled in universities across the globe. We also have a computer literacy program which is designed to teach local children and young adults relevant skills and trends in computers and technology. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to visit the Queen’s Community Kindergarten and be there for the kids for company, lessons and donations. There are projects where volunteers will be coming to learn skills such as basket weaving, pottery making and the mahangu paper making projects.

Our Voluntourism Programme is open to volunteers aged over 18 from any part of the world, and offers participation in programmes such as arts and design, education-based services, or youth and women empowerment.Campsite accommodation with communal bathroom facilities is provided for the volunteers in 4 bed yurts equipped with bedding, linen, and lockable safe boxes for important documents and personal belongings.
